Where we collect individual and/or personal information this is always on the basis that you voluntarily choose to provide this to us. This includes information collected when you visit one of our weight loss and health care centres, and also includes filling out internet registration pages, posting feedback online in our forums, communication with us in writing, by telephone and by email.

We try and provide the best possible service to visitors of our online resources. To do this we collect and store information, including statistics, about the online activities of users and visitors on an aggregated basis. This includes tracking which pages and features are most and least visited, numbers of hits or people who view each page, and which documents of ours are most frequently viewed. This information is collected in aggregated forms, and we do not obtain personally identifiable information about you.

How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We do not sell or exchange your personal information to third parties. This includes your name, address, and any other personal information. We do use your information in combined or aggregated form to review, revise and improve the information we make available to you.
